Barca superstar Luis Suarez has confirmed he wants to sign a new contract. Suarez has been rumored to leave Barcelona this summer after receiving various offers from MLS teams. With the striker’s contract set to finish at the end of next season, he has opted to see out his career at the Camp Nou by showing his willingness to sign a new contract extension with Barca.
Footy Area’s Kachi Favour also confirms rumors linking Chelsea with the veteran striker. Chelsea are believed to have already contacted his agent concerning his availability.
Luis Suarez, who is already 33, is now in the twilight years of his career, and his contract is set to expire next year has shown his desire to retire at Barca.

Luis Suarez has shown his preference to stay at Barcelona for a long time after rubishing rumors of links pulling him towards the MLS next season.
It comes after Footy Area reported Suarez has received an offer from MLS club Inter Miami, but wants to extend his stay at Barcelona with a new contract to keep him there beyond next season.
Suarez has scored 19 goals in 34 games this season in the LaLiga.
