Both teams went into the break with all things square at halftime.
After a slow start to the second half, Kamil Grosicki came close again in the 56th minute, but saw his effort narrowly miss the target.
Kamil Grosicki was a constant source of headaches to the opposition and finally got his goal in the 66th minute to put Poland ahead.
