Bayern Munich have now broken the Bundesliga goals record after they scored 90 goals in just 30 games, when they defeated Bayer 04 Leverkusen 4-2. The German giants eased to another victory as the race for the title gradually comes to an end.

Even a goal from the 17-year old Wirtz was not enough to inspire a comeback from Bayer Leverkusen.

Thiago Alcantara also capped off his 150th appearance for the club with a win. And Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz became Bundesliga’s youngest goal scorer at age 17.
Thomas Müller also set a new record. The Germany international is also the first player to rack up 20 assists in a season.
Müller was formally tied with Kevin De Bruyne. The Belgian midfielder previously held the record for the most assists in a season with 18 assists.
