Juventus have announced they have reached an agreement to terminate striker Gonzalo Higuain’s contract by mutual consent.
The club have officially confirmed the departure of Gonzalo Higuain, pending the imminent arrival of Edin Dzeko from Roma.

It was understood earlier in the summer Juventus wanted to part ways with the former Napoli forward following the appointment of Andrea Pirlo as Maurizio Sarri’s replacement.
Higuain is expected to sign for Major League Soccer side Inter Miami, who are owned by England and Manchester United legend David Beckham.
Higuain moved to Juve in 2016 off the back of a successful spell at Napoli and helped the club win three Scudetto, though the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo in part resulted in the Argentinean spending two pretty unsuccessful loan spells at AC Milan and Chelsea during the 2018/19 campaign.
Gonzalo Higuain was a regular in the starting XI when Sarri replaced Massimiliano Allegri in 2019 and scored eight Serie A goals in 32 outings that season.
Since joining from Napoli in 2016, Higuain scored 66 goals in 149 outings.
He is set to leave Europe for the Major League Soccer 13 years after arriving at Real Madrid from Argentina.

Meanwhile, Edin Dzeko is set to switch to the Turin club from Roma on a two-year deal, dashing hopes of a move for Luis Suarez.
A deal for Luis Suarez has been on the cards, but the move has come to a deadlock with Juve opting for Dzeko instead.
