Barcelona have reportedly offered Philippe Coutinho to two clubs in England at a significantly reduced asking price, with Manchester City also linked with Sergio Roberto.
Philippe Coutinho has been widely tipped to leave FC Barcelona on a permanent transfer this summer after failing to prove his worth with the Catalan giants.
A return to the English Premier League is well underway for the Brazilian superstar with both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur fighting for his signature.
