Alexis Sánchez may be on the verge of completing a permanent move to Inter, with news suggesting that an agreement has been reached with Manchester United to make his loan move permanent for just €15m.
Inter are reportedly very keen to keep the Chilean at the San Siro beyond next season. Alexis Sanchez joined the Nerazurri on loan last summer but was sidelined for most of the season due to an ankle injury, after which he burst back into the scene after the Covid-19 enforced break to contribute 10 goals in just 13 appearances towards the end of the season.
Sánchez’s loan form has won the hearts of his superiors, and therefore they have now moved quickly to hold on to the 31 year old.
And to further reassure Alexis Sánchez of how highly they value him, news of the latest Inter squad for the final stages of the Europa league have included Alexis Sánchez.
Manchester United are reportedly very happy to part with Alexis Sánchez, who has become a huge financial burden to the club due to his heavy wage. United are already reported to have agreed with Inter for the little sum of £13m (€15m).

Alexis Sánchez had earlier reiterated his desire not to take any form of pay cuts from any club, but instead was willing to sit on the bench and receive his handsome pay check weekly.
However, the Chilean has decided to go back on his words and take a pay cut of over two third of his initial £450,000 a week salary to join Inter and start afresh in Italy.
Manchester United will be the happiest of the three parties, as they are very pleased to get rid of a player who never really performed since he arrived from Arsenal. Moreover, they will be very pleased to free up the much needed wages he earns in order to be able to sign Jadon Sancho.
Footy Area confirms that Alexis Sánchez may be unveiled as soon as Wednesday, after Inter’s Europa League round of 16 game with Getafe. His future is now sorted out by Inter, unlike that of Antonio Conte, who is on the brink of being sacked after recent controversial statements about Inter Milan’s president Steven Zhang.
